Description
This workshop will provide an overview of the F-Words in Child Development - fun, family, friends, fitness, function and future. The presenters will share the F-Words from a parent perspective and illustrate how these concepts fit with universal design for learning.
Examples of how other agencies and school boards are supporting fun, family, friends, fitness, function and future for children within the school setting. Resources for supporting F-words in practice will be provided. Participants are invited to review our F-Words resources at https://www.canchild.ca/f-words prior to the workshop.
